Hotel

We went o a tour aound the UK and we stoppeds in England for a few days at a hotel in London called the Royal Oak.
It cost £150 per person for one night, so we booked a 2 bedroom en suite reservation, with room service and a river side view beside the Thames.
We went to eat at a restaurant on the night we arrived we tried English cream (custard).
Custard is a traditional English pudding, the recipe is easy. It was the day of Halloween

The next day we went to visit Big Ben.
Big Ben is a monument, a huge clock tower beside the river Thames and next to the houses of parliment, it chimes every hour, it cost £5 each to get in and we had to go up loads of stairs to get to the top, but the view was amazing.

On the last day we went to a McFly concert.

McFly

McFly is a British pop rock band who first became famous in 2004. They are the youngest band to have an album debut, or be released, at number one on the charts. The band was started by Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, and Harry Judd. They are signed to the Island Records label and are managed by Prestige Management.

INGREDIENTS



4 eggs yolks

125 gr. sugar

Vanilla one point

1/2 liter of milk









PREPARATION



Nora : Hello, today we will prepare a delicious recipe typical of the UK.

Sara.N: We work the sugar with the yolks and vanilla in a bowl until the dough has consistency.

Sara.C: Then pour slowly, stirring with a spatula to boiling milk.

Nora: Put on low heat, stirring with the spatula back and forth, until the custard from sticking to the spatula.

Sara.C: The cream should not leave until boiling, if not cut.

Sara.N: For safety, prepare a simmer.

Halloween

Haloween is a festival in which the children dress up and go to their neighbours houses asking sweets.
We think that celebrating Halloween is fun. Many people in our country say that we shouldn't celebreted because it isn't part of our traditions. But actually the kids celebreted chrismast we santa claus and many adults celebrete Sain Valentine's Day. We aren't kids and we aren't adults. Why can't we have fun in Halloween?
