Recipe: English cream

INGREDIENTS



4 eggs yolks

125 gr. sugar

Vanilla one point

1/2 liter of milk









PREPARATION



Nora : Hello, today we will prepare a delicious recipe typical of the UK.

Sara.N: We work the sugar with the yolks and vanilla in a bowl until the dough has consistency.

Sara.C: Then pour slowly, stirring with a spatula to boiling milk.
